Twilio Dialer for CRM
A Twilio CRM Dialer is not a new CRM. It is calling on Twilio with contact context next to the dialer so reps do not alt-tab as much.
What we implement
MyBroadcast’s extension can show contact context and log calls next to the dialer where that CRM workflow is supported. It does not replace Salesforce, HubSpot or Odoo as a system of record.
Odoo vs Chrome
If the CRM is Odoo, you may want the Odoo Twilio calling module instead of (or as well as) Chrome. If the CRM is a website you already live in, the Twilio Chrome Extension is the browser workspace.
History
Call history in the extension is for recent activity. Long-term reporting still belongs in your CRM or Twilio logs.
