What is the Twilio Chrome Extension?

MyBroadcast Twilio Auto Dialer & Softphone is a Chrome extension that connects with your Twilio account and lets you make and receive browser calls, send SMS, use click-to-call, run an auto/power dialer, and manage call activity without leaving Chrome.

Built for your own Twilio account

Use your existing Twilio account, Twilio phone numbers and Twilio configuration. Calls and messages go out on that account. MyBroadcast does not replace Twilio and does not issue you a separate carrier line.

MyBroadcast is an independent third-party Chrome extension built to work with Twilio services. It is not an official Twilio product.

Features

Twilio Auto Dialer

Automatically move through a list of contacts and start the next call after each call is completed.

Power Dialer

The same list-calling workflow: work through contacts efficiently from Chrome. Power Dialer here means the auto dialer, not a separate product.

Twilio Softphone

Make and receive Twilio calls directly inside Chrome with the in-browser dialer.

Click-to-Call

Click phone numbers on supported websites and start a call from the extension.

SMS

Send and receive SMS using your Twilio configuration, with threads in the extension inbox.

Call History

Keep track of previous calls and calling activity in the extension.

CRM Integration

Log calls and keep contact context next to the dialer where the CRM workflow is supported.

Call transfer

Hand off a live call to a teammate from the extension.

AI transcription

Turn conversations into searchable text after supported calls.
