Does the Twilio dialer use my own account?
Yes. Enter Account SID, Auth Token, and a Twilio number. Voice minutes are billed by Twilio at your rates.
Is this a predictive dialer?
No. The auto/power dialer works one live call at a time through a list. We do not claim predictive or parallel dialing.
Do I pay per user?
MyBroadcast does not sell seats. Unlimited users share one plan and the Twilio minute pool on that Account SID. Optional credits never expire.
