Twilio Power Dialer vs Auto Dialer
Vendors use “power dialer” and “auto dialer” loosely. For MyBroadcast they describe one product behaviour: work through a contact list on your Twilio account from Chrome.
Industry language
Some call-center suites sell parallel dialers (many lines at once). We do not claim that. Our Twilio Auto Dialer is sequential list calling: finish a call, start the next.
What we mean by Power Dialer
The same workflow — a faster way for sales teams to move through names than manual keypad entry. It is not a second SKU.
Choose based on the job
Need one-off calls? Use the Twilio Softphone. Need a queue of leads? Use auto/power dialing. Need numbers on a webpage? Use click-to-call.
