The job: click-to-call without leaving the record

HubSpot already holds the lead. You should not copy the number into a cell phone. With MyBroadcast, supported numbers on the page can start a Twilio Voice call while the contact timeline stays on screen.

This is not a native HubSpot App Marketplace CTI certified by HubSpot. It is a Chrome Twilio client that works on web CRMs, including HubSpot’s browser UI.

Vs HubSpot Twilio Connect calling minutes

HubSpot can connect Twilio Connect for in-app calling minutes on Sales/Service Hub Professional and above. That is HubSpot’s product with HubSpot’s rules.

Use MyBroadcast when the team already operates a full Twilio project (numbers, A2P, messaging) and wants a dialer/softphone that is not tied to a HubSpot calling add-on. You still log notes in HubSpot yourself unless you use a supported CRM context feature in the extension.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace HubSpot calling?

It replaces the need for a separate seat-priced dialer when you already have Twilio. It does not replace HubSpot CRM. HubSpot Twilio Connect is a different, official HubSpot integration.

Will calls appear automatically on the HubSpot timeline?

Treat HubSpot as the system of record you update. Do not assume a two-way native sync unless you have configured a supported CRM workflow in the extension.

Can the whole sales floor use one Twilio account?

Yes. Unlimited MyBroadcast users share the SID’s minute pool. Control who has the Auth Token the same way you control any Twilio app.
