GoHighLevel’s LC Phone is the easy default: one bill, A2P handled in GHL. Many agencies still run Bring Your Own Twilio for control of numbers, compliance, and carrier tickets.
GHL’s Manual Call / “power dialer” workflow still expects a click per contact. Third-party predictive dialers add another seat. MyBroadcast adds a true list auto dialer and softphone on the Twilio account you already wired for SMS.
Agency / sub-account pattern
Each GHL location that has its own Twilio SID can use that SID in the extension. Do not paste a master Auth Token into every contractor browser. Same hygiene as any Twilio app.
Optional MyBroadcast credits attach to the SID you connect — useful when several users share one sub-account pool. Team pricing is not per GHL user.

Location uses the client Twilio SID, not only LC Phone.
2. Connect the extension
That SID and token in Chrome.
3. Open the contact in GHL
Click-to-call from the record.

Export or paste a calling list into the auto dialer when you need speed GHL’s manual queue does not give.
Frequently asked questions
Does GoHighLevel include a Twilio dialer?
GHL includes LC Phone and a manual-call queue. Direct Twilio (BYOT) is optional. MyBroadcast is a separate Chrome dialer/softphone on that Twilio account.
Do I need to leave LC Phone?
Only if that location already uses its own Twilio SID. This product does not migrate GHL phone systems for you.
Is this a GHL native marketplace app?
No. It is a Chrome Twilio client used beside GoHighLevel in the browser.
