How to use a Twilio Auto Dialer
A Twilio Auto Dialer walks a list: when one call ends, it can start the next. In MyBroadcast this is the list-calling mode of the Chrome extension, using your Twilio Voice account.
When it helps
Outbound sales and follow-up queues where you would otherwise tap each number by hand. It is not a robocaller that talks for you — you still take the live conversation.
Setup
- Connect Twilio in the Chrome Dialer.
- Load or paste the contact list the extension supports.
- Start the auto dialer and stay at the keyboard for the live leg of each call.
