Yes. MyBroadcast places calls through the Twilio account you connect. Your numbers and Twilio rates stay on that account.
Does MyBroadcast replace a Nethram license?
It is a different product. Uninstalling one extension and installing another does not move lists, recordings, or settings. Export anything you need from the tool you are leaving before you switch.
