Nethram vs MyBroadcast
Nethram vs MyBroadcast: Compare Twilio Calling Extensions
Both products are third-party Chrome extensions that place calls through a customer’s own Twilio account. This page compares published listing text with what MyBroadcast ships. It is not a lab test of Nethram, and MyBroadcast is not affiliated with Nethram LLC.
What we could verify
Nethram LLC publishes “Auto Dialer for Twilio Platform” on the Chrome Web Store. On 2 November 2026 the publisher page described browser calling, click-to-dial, SMS, auto dialing, a recent call log of up to 20 calls, CRM screen-pop for named CRMs, a trial, and then $4.99 per month plus Twilio charges. The publisher site is nethram.com.
Install and rating figures change. Third-party store mirrors checked the same day, not the Chrome Web Store’s own counter, reported about 3,000 installs and a rating near 3.6: ExtScope listed 3K users and 3.6 from 53 ratings; Extpose listed 3,000 installs and 3.63 from 52 votes. A 4,000-user figure was not confirmed.

About “license expired” messages
Some public reviews of the Nethram listing mention a message that a license has expired. That wording is about the extension vendor’s license, not a Twilio error code we could tie to a Twilio help article. Twilio’s own article on third-party application support says Twilio does not configure or support third-party products, and it does not name this extension. If a vendor license message appears, the vendor’s support channel is the place to ask. A Twilio account problem, such as a suspended project or an empty balance, is a separate Twilio Console issue.
Which extension fits
Stay with a tool whose listing already matches a CRM script you rely on, after you confirm the current price on that listing. Choose MyBroadcast if you want a Twilio auto dialer and Twilio softphone Chrome extension with published pack and unlimited pricing, and you are ready to connect the Twilio account you already have. Switching does not copy lists or settings. A shorter buying guide is on alternative to Nethram.
